About . . .
For over 10 years, Healthy Lifestyle NZ has been working with numerous workplaces in a variety of industries to improve workplace health, wellbeing and more effectively manage fatigue. We work with every part of your business, from the executive team, to office-based staff to your front line teams. Examples of industries we have worked with include: rail, transport, dairy, agriculture, construction, mining, manufacturing and petroleum industries.
Dr Kelly Dale is the Managing Director of Healthy Lifestyle NZ. Kelly studied at the University of Otago and gained a BSc in Human Nutrition, a Bachelor of Physical Education in Exercise Prescription and Management, a Master of Science with Distinction in Human Nutrition and a PhD in Human Nutrition. Following her PhD she was involved in research that focused on sleep, nutrition and physical activity. She has published her research in many top international medical journals. All of our consultants have Post-graduate qualifications in their area of expertise. Glen is a qualified Mechanical Engineer (NZDE) with an MBA from Victoria University. Glen is an experienced Senior Leader with over 20 years of experience in primary industry, manufacturing, mining, engineering, design, vertical and horizontal construction, and rail.
Glen has worked in both the public and private sectors, with companies both large and small, some with unionised workforces. Glen works with organisations to support them with changing the way they organise work to improve wellbeing and health and reduce fatigue and impairment. Focusing on the 'way we work' rather than the onus on the individual. Glen has extensive LEAN, change management and continuous improvement experience. He utilises these philosophies when supporting organisations who are looking to reduce the risks of fatigue, impairment and poor wellbeing, but struggle to understand the ROI and how to implement these programs while improving the bottom line. |
